Born in 1986 in Quebec City, Laurence Vallières has always had a keen interest in the arts, a passion passed on by her family. After college studies in visual arts, she continued her academic training at Concordia University, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in ceramics.
After graduating, inspired by street art, Laurence started working with cardboard. With this affordable and universally available material, Laurence quickly began to create large-scale works, at home, in Montreal, but also around the world. From America to Asia, through Europe, this Quebec artist never ceases to impress wherever she goes.
