Quintín Rivera Toro’s sculptural-paintings represent the collapse of ideas and their meaning. It is inspired by the exploration of semiotic theory and "the burnout society". Paintings that when wrinkled show the text, words and phrases, evolving with the changes of time. It arises in the wake of multiple global crises as a reaction of spiritual, emotional and political resistance.
