This year, Lexus will also be at the fair presenting its latest model Lexus LBX, a car focused on a young audience and with a strong personality that escapes from the ordinary. And it does so in the most fun way possible, through the art and humor of the artist Sergio Mora, who will be in charge of recreating the toy box of collectibles in real size and with a retro-futuristic and nostalgic air, playing in his particular world always divided between fiction and reality.

About Sergio Mora
Joy, color and the retro evocation of comics. The Spanish artist Sergio Mora gathers these three elements and fuses them in numerous formats, from large canvases to books, works in comic format or handmade figures. Original works such as Botijoman, the intergalactic water jug, characters from popular culture or Spanish stereotypes such as bailaoras (female dancers) come together in his visual imaginary.
Magicomora' was born in Barcelona where he studied at the Llotja School of Art and Design before starting his career as an illustrator. He recently moved to live in Madrid. Of particular note is his work with designer Philippe Starck for the interior of renowned chef José Andrés' restaurant. In 2016, Sergio Mora won the Latin Grammy for the cover of the album 'El poeta Haley' by the band Love of Lesbian and in 2019, he was included among the 100 best illustrators in the world in Taschen's The Illustrator edition. In addition, he has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Spain, Italy, UK and USA, Taiwan, Mexico etc, including Still Human del Espacio SOLO (Madrid) in 2020.
About the work
The design is inspired by the packaging of futuristic space age toys. The 1950s imagined the future as it has never been imagined. It was a future in which we wanted to live. His proposal recovers the nostalgia of that imagined future.
